Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Dishwasher to join our hospitality team in Kathmandu, Nepal. This role is essential for maintaining kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards across our daily operations. The ideal candidate will support culinary staff by ensuring all tableware, cookware, and kitchen tools are thoroughly sanitized.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using designated equipment.
• Maintain overall kitchen hygiene and sanitation across all back-of-house work stations.
• Handle kitchen tools and equipment properly to ensure safety and prevent damage.
• Follow established food safety practices and cleaning protocols throughout every shift.
• Keep dish storage areas clean, organized, and stocked for continuous kitchen workflow.
• Apply problem-solving skills to manage busy cleaning periods and equipment issues efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Basic level education.
• Skills: Solid understanding of dishwashing, cleaning, and kitchen sanitation.
• Safety: Familiarity with standard food safety practices and proper chemical handling.
• Equipment Care: Knowledge of the proper handling of kitchen tools and washing equipment.
• Location and Availability: Ability to work full-time hours on site in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Work Environment

This position operates in a fast-paced hotel and restaurant kitchen environment in Kathmandu. The role requires active collaboration with culinary team members to uphold high standards of sanitation during peak dining hours.
