Front Desk

We are looking for a smart, confident, and proactive Student Counselor who can communicate fluently in English and effectively interact with students and their parents. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to understand students' needs and guide them through the counseling process.

Candidates with prior experience in educational consultancies or student counseling will be given preference.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Communicate with students and parents professionally and confidently.

Provide information and guidance regarding available educational programs and services.

Handle student and parent inquiries through phone calls, messages, and in-person meetings.

Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests, and requirements.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.

Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Maintain student records, inquiries, and counseling updates.

Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth counseling and enrollment processes.

Support daily administrative and counseling-related activities.

Requirements

Minimum +2 qualification.

Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills.

Confident in dealing with students and parents.

Smart, presentable, proactive, and good at handling conversations.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Basic computer and documentation skills.

Prior experience in an educational consultancy or student counseling will be an added advantage.
