Business Development Officer

Short Description of the Job: Lueix Pvt. Ltd seeks a proactive Business Development Officer to expand our client base and foster lasting partnerships in Kathmandu.

Role & Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across Banasthali and surrounding regions.

Manage end‑to‑end client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat engagement.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.

Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.

Maintain accurate CRM entries and coordinate cross‑functional communication.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a client‑facing role.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships.

Fluency in English and Nepali, both written and spoken.

Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and comfortable working on site in Kathmandu.
