Client Service Representative

D:20 Labs is seeking a creative, organized, and communication-oriented Client Service Representative to act as a bridge between clients and internal creative teams. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating creative briefs, contributing content ideas, assisting with campaign planning, and ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients and understand their requirements, objectives, and feedback.

• Coordinate client briefs, revisions, deliverables, and approvals with internal teams.

• Maintain regular client updates, follow-ups, and professional relationships.

• Assist in developing monthly content calendars and digital campaign plans.

• Research social media trends, audience behavior, competitors, and content opportunities.

• Brainstorm creative ideas for reels, social media posts, digital advertisements, and marketing campaigns.

• Prepare creative briefs, references, presentations, captions, and basic campaign content.

• Coordinate with designers, video editors, production teams, and digital advertising specialists.

• Monitor project timelines, production schedules, deadlines, and campaign execution.

• Track social media performance and assist in preparing basic performance reports and content improvement strategies.
