Project Lead

D:20 Labs is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Lead to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of client projects and campaigns. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple projects, leading cross-functional teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial briefing through planning, execution, and final delivery.

• Coordinate with creative, design, production, digital, and client servicing teams.

• Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor project deliverables.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage client expectations.

• Conduct internal and client meetings and provide regular project progress updates.

• Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, quality, and deadlines.

• Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively resolve project execution challenges.

• Ensure effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure smooth workflow throughout the project lifecycle.
