Marketing Officer

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Marketing Officer to promote diagnostic laboratory services and develop business relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and networking skills, be comfortable with field visits, and have the ability to generate new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, corporate offices, and healthcare institutions to generate laboratory business.

Develop new referral sources and maintain strong relationships with existing doctors and institutional clients.

Promote laboratory tests, health packages, home sample collection, and other diagnostic services.

Identify and develop new collection centers and strategic business partnerships.

Conduct regular field visits and follow up with potential clients to convert business opportunities.

Achieve assigned monthly sales, revenue, and client-acquisition targets.

Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, new diagnostic tests, and customer requirements.

Identify opportunities to expand laboratory services and improve market reach.

Prepare and submit daily and weekly field visit reports and business development updates.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Good networking and relationship-building abilities.

Target-oriented with strong sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to conduct regular field visits and work independently.

Basic knowledge of healthcare and diagnostic laboratory services will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, or healthcare marketing will be highly preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and sales capabilities may also apply.
