Designation: Receptionist cum Account Assistant

Duty Station: Kathmandu

Job Description

  • Preparing accounting entries and posting in accounting software (TALLY).
  • Periodic Reconciliation of the Accounts
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements
  • Maintaining files and records
  • Managing petty cash transactions, stationeries
  • Periodic reporting to the Management
  • Answering of phone calls and transferring of phone calls
  • Other works as per the instruction by the management.

Job Specification

  • Must have good knowledge of accounting system, TAX, VAT.
  • Must have good computer skills (Word, Excel, Tally, Typing)
  • Having good Communication & Interpersonal Skill
  • She must have a pleasant personality

Min. Qualification:

  • BBS running

Experience: Preference will be given for fresher or experience up to 1 year in the related field

Account and Finance Officer 

Designation: Account and Finance Officer -1

Working Location: Kathmandu

Job Description

  • Prepare accounting vouchers as per applicable accounting standards and other applicable legal requirements.
  • Maintain and update approved vouchers in the accounting software.
  • Classify vouchers as per the nature of transactions and file them with proper coding and indexing.
  • Prepare monthly payroll of the staffs of the company
  • Pay tax, Filing Tax returns, estimated tax returns, TDS returns etc. on or before statutory deadlines.
  • Coordinate with statutory auditors so that the financial statements are audited within time.
  • Manage all external contracts and to ensure that all the Company’s expenditure is correctly authorized and accounted.
  • Prepare and update Debtor, Creditor, Bank and Cash reconciliation on periodic basis.
  • Review the financial statements to make them error free and reliable
  • Periodical reporting to senior management
  • Other tasks as directed by the senior management.

Min. Qualification:

  • BBS completed

Experience: up to 2 year experience in the related field.
