Receive and maintain records of all claim documents.Print and fill transit insurance papers; update details in Google Sheets.Check transit insurance limits in the sheet and update regularly.Prepare claim forwarding letters as per scheme provisions.Make phone calls and follow up with dealers regarding claims and pending cases.Check and verify dealer claims, then forward them to the Accounts Department.Prepare a final status sheet for 60 dealers and showrooms regarding claims.Contact dealers to request final VAT bills and required documents for claim processing.Call sold and unsold customers regarding start/stop/hold status for feedback.Forward final claims to the Accounts Department.Prepare and forward monthly claim reports for Syakar Investment to Accounts, and maintain records.Share claim format sheets and claim circulars with all dealers.Check emails, print important documents, and maintain proper filing.Record all types of claims in the FMS sheet.Review claim activities and forward relevant cases to the Media Division.Make timely reminder calls to dealers regarding claims, processes, and pending status.Send claim account statements to dealers and inform them accordingly.Review claim policies, take approvals if required, and circulate updates to dealers.Handle claim rejections and send official letters to dealers as per company rules and regulations.•
