- Minimum bachelors degree in Engineering from reputed university
- Good knowledge in Excel is a must and Warehouse Management System Knowledge is optional

Job Description
- Manage/Supervise the daily Inbound/Inventory tasks, and ensure everything is completed within Service level agreement
- Maintain Operations Excellence Score > 95 % monitored weekly
- Coordinate and work closely with commercial teams to streamline the processes
- Drives creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Change/Six Sigma initiatives to enable their Functional Area and ultimately the Fulfillment Center to meet and exceed Business Plan
- Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds Team Leads accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments
- Structure processes to maintain a lean operation on all the supply chain
- Answerable for the 5S and Process Compliance Audits
- Coordinate and work closely with the regional fulfillment team in order to achieve the set goals
- Maintaining & improving main KPIs: Success rate, E2E lead times, reducing the business losses and increase productivity
