We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in ERP implementation & Go-Live Support. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, configure ERP modules, support implementation, and ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities• Assist in end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.• Work with clients to analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and alignment with ERP solutions.• Configure ERP modules (Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.) based on business requirements.• Support data migration activities and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).• Provide training and post-implementation support to end users.• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth integration with other business systems.• Prepare project documentation, reports, and functional specifications.Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Information Technology or a related field (Preferably Semi-qualified CA/ ACCA.• 1–3 years of experience in ERP implementation (SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).• Strong understanding of core business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc.).• Hands-on experience on SAP Business One will be an advantage. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.What We Offer• Exposure to diverse ERP implementation projects.• Opportunities for professional growth and ERP certification.• Collaborative and supportive work environment.• Competitive compensation and benefits package.
