Academic Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent
Eligible Criteria for all Positions:
• Ability to work independently with flexibility of time and working condition.
• Well -versed and fluent in both written and spoken English and Nepali.
• Competent in Ms Office package
• Expected to be having positive attitude, smart personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Position shall be determined as per candidate’s work experience and qualification.

Position: Assistant Level

Required Competencies) :
At least 1 year of experience in any Bank and Finance institution
Academic Qualification:
• Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent.
Position: Relationship Officers
Number of Vacancies: Few
(For Kathmandu based existing and upcoming branches, Pokhara based branches, Tanahun based branch)
Required Competencies:
• Proven skills in vending of banking products & understanding of current financial market.
• Having exposure in areas of credit and business development
• At Least 2 years of experience in Bank and Finance institution.
Academic Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent.
Position: Branch In-Charge
Number of Vacancies: Few
(For Kathmandu based existing and upcoming branches, pokhara based branches, Tanahun Based branch)
Required Competencies:
• Proven skills in vending of Banking Products & understanding of current finance market.
• Having exposure in areas of credit and business development
• At least 3 years of working experience in Banking & Finance Institutions.
Academic Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent (Preferably Master Degree)
