We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Strategist to develop, execute, and manage brand strategies that align with client objectives and business goals. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and client management to build impactful and consistent brand identities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective brand strategies aligned with client and business objectivesLead brand positioning, messaging, and identity development across multiple platformsEnsure consistency of brand voice and identity across all communication channels and campaignsCollaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into actionable strategiesConduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies to guide decision-makingWork cross-functionally with creative, media, and account teams to execute integrated campaignsMonitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights and dataDrive ongoing brand development initiatives to enhance brand value and equityPresent strategic concepts, reports, and recommendations to clients and stakeholdersQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred)Minimum 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, branding, or advertising rolesPrior experience in a media or advertising agency will be an added advantageRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong expertise in brand strategy, development, and managementExcellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skillsAnalytical mindset with strong creative thinking abilityAbility to interpret market data and consumer behavior insightsProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong client management and relationship-building skillsResults-driven with a strategic approach to problem-solvingAdditional RequirementsMust be available to work on-site in LalitpurStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsHigh attention to detail and professionalismÂ
