Our mission is to simplify the journey for individuals and families pursuing opportunities abroad.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Chitwan, Nepal. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building partnerships, and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities also include driving efforts to expand market reach, analyzing market trends, developing strategic plans, and working closely with internal teams to achieve organizational growth goals.Qualifications• At least 3 years experience in the education or migration services industry is highly beneficial
• Strong skills in business development, strategic planning, and market analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management capabilities
• Ability to identify leads and convert opportunities into successful partnerships
• Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies to expand market presence
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with the local market and a strong network in Nepal is a plus
Salary & Benefits• NPR 70,000 – NPR 90,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
