Key Responsibilities• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in BPO and call center services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
• Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure service alignment
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
• Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry engagements
Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in outsourcing or call center industry
• Strong understanding of BPO services, customer support operations, and sales processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to generate leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking
• Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
