This is a high-impact business leadership role for a builder—someone who is passionate about sports, obsessed with institution-building, and driven by the mission of developing Nepal’s next generation of athletes.You will:Own the P&L and business growth strategy
Build and lead a multi-disciplinary organization
Drive revenue, partnerships, and expansion
Represent PaceX in boardrooms, schools, and strategic forums
Be a key architect in scaling PaceX nationally
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. STRATEGY & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTDesign and execute scalable growth strategies
Build revenue pipelines and institutional partnerships
Identify and expand new market opportunities
2. TEAM LEADERSHIP & OPERATIONSLead multi-location operational teams
Build systems, culture, and execution excellence
Ensure consistent delivery across all programs
3. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT & EBITDA GROWTHOwn full P&L responsibility
Drive profitability and cost optimization
Implement financial discipline and reporting systems
4. STAKEHOLDER & BOARD ENGAGEMENTRepresent PaceX in strategic discussions and partnerships
Build long-term trust with schools, corporates, and institutions
Deliver clear, data-driven updates to investors and board
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a business builder and institution creator—someone who is equally comfortable:Pitching to a school principal in the morning
Reviewing EBITDA dashboards in the afternoon
Coaching and guiding teams in the evening
You are not just a manager—you are an owner, strategist, and leader.MANDATORY TRAITSAge: 35–40 years (preferred)
Strong pipeline builder with proven closing ability
Ability to think long-term (3-year strategy) and execute ground-level visits
Strong ownership mindset with cost and EBITDA awareness
Exceptional communication and influencing skills
Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and institutions
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams
- Proven track record in institutional partnerships and business development
- Experience in sports management / education / physical education is a strong advantage
- Strong ability to manage multi-location operations and stakeholders
- Proficiency in English & Nepali (Hindi is an advantage)
- Comfortable with data, dashboards, and financial modelling
