Job Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  3. Having proven experience on cost estimation, rate analysis, BOQ, specification of work.
  4. Commanding skills in MS Office packages, tendering procedures and construction norms and laws and computational techniques.
  5. Knowledge of Auto-CAD, Land Development and structural design software.
  6. Should have knowledge in building construction, road, water supply and irrigation etc.
  7. Can perform the work under high pressure.
  8. Experience in preparation of GIS based Base Map or Urban Map.
  9. Good knowledge on preparing project proposal and reporting skills.
  10. Having in hand experience of development plans in different level.
  11. Must have experience on construction supervision, quality controlling, running/final bill preparation etc.
  12. Good knowledge of NBC and other codes and compliances.
  13. Good analytical mind with excellent problem solving ability.
