This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to someone with strong skills in video editing, animation, graphic design, and digital content creation, along with a genuine interest in technology, digital platforms, and evolving creative tools.The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets for internal and external communications, marketing campaigns, presentations, social media, and brand storytelling. Working closely with the Marketing Director and wider marketing team, this role also offers opportunities to grow across creative production, platform-based marketing, and workflow automation. We are looking for someone with strong creative ability, a willingness to learn, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment while contributing positively to the team’s overall success. Key ResponsibilitiesTeamwork• Build strong relationships with both your Nepali and Australian teams. Be a member of a high performing, technically proficient, and strategic thinking team. Learn by doing, and lead with curiosity.Training and Development• Develop your technical knowledge through self-learning, on-the job shadowing, & making the most of company training opportunities. Working with the largest media owners in both the Australian local and global markets to enhance your understanding of the media space and execution of campaigns. Strategic Thinking• Begin to unearth the complex Australian media landscape, internal OMG systems, your team processes and your team’s client/s approach. As you develop and grow, you will be able to apply a strategic mindset to improve processes including reporting, campaign buying and management.Workflow Management• Learn the skills to effectively manage your time and deliverables. All outputs are of the highest quality. You have excellent attention to detail. Your work requires little to no checking by others. You are proactive and take the initiative regarding task completion and management.Communication• Excellent English communication skills- being able to both interpret and convey information in a clear, concise way. Communication is equally effective over all platforms and situations e.g., location, culture, written, and verbal. Responsibilities in detailCreative execution:• Support design tasks and updates using Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite – Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools• Build EDM content including visual layouts and written copy• Edit and enhance photography for use across marketing and internal channels• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards• Complete basic QA checks before submitting work (spelling, formatting, links, sizing)Video Editing & Motion Content• Edit video content for promotional, training, internal, and brand-related purposes – using Canva, Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro or related video editing tools• Create motion graphics, animated assets, transitions, text overlays, subtitles, and visual effects• Enhance raw footage into polished, platform-ready video content• Ensure all video outputs are visually strong, engaging, and consistent with brand guidelinesContent development:• Support website content updates including text, imagery, and multimedia• Upload and manage content across internal and external platforms• Assist with pitch materials, presentations, and marketing collateral – using Power Point• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and version control across content updates• Proactively flag outdated or incomplete content for reviewTechnology & platform management:Learn and assist in managing platforms such as:• Websites (content updates and maintenance)• Staff onboarding programs• Intranets• HubSpot (email content, landing pages builds, and forms)• PERKS reward and recognition platform Project coordination:• Use workflow management tools to track tasks and ensure deadlines are met• Assist in building automated workflows for improved efficiency Support for marketing technology:• Upskill in content management systems and marketing technology to provide additional support• Troubleshoot routine issues with content uploads and updatesStakeholder management:• Work closely with OMG’s Marketing Director to deliver team requirements• Understands the importance of stakeholder relationships internally across all OMG brands• Contribute to positive team culture within the design and content pillarsTime management:• Comfortable working independently, particularly as necessitated by time zone differences when the Australian team is off-line• Meet deadlines under pressure and communicate issues proactively• Confident and effective management of your own schedule, working with team members to ensure you understand requirements and provide timely delivery of tasksExperience & qualifications• 1–3 years of relevant experience in content production, video editing, animation, graphic design, or multimedia design• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially: • Adobe Photoshop• Adobe Illustrator• Adobe Premiere Pro• Adobe After Effects• Proven skills in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and digital design • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com or similar• Good understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, and design principles • Ability to create content for different digital formats and platforms • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and proactively• Pro-active attitude and ability to take initiative regarding tasks Required Skills and Attributes• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively• A passion to develop your skills within media advertising as a whole and a desire to understand the trading, content management and technology landscape • High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work• Team player• Offer solution- based approach to problem solving• Ability to work independently where required and manage your own workload within a team dynamic• Professional and confident in representing OMG internally and externally• Basic to intermediate experience with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, PowerPoint)• Professional and confident in representing OMG internally and externallyPreferred skills• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platformsWhy you’ll love usThrough our people philosophy, we believe that happy people with a great work/life balance are able to bring the #WOW factor to work and they’re more fun to share an office with.Join us and surround yourself with like-minded, high achieving individuals and unbeatable career development opportunities.To know more about us, please visit the link at https://www.omnicommediagroup.com.np/Our working hours are generally from 7 am till 4 pm, Monday till Friday.“Omnicom Media Group Nepal is an equal opportunity employer.
