Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Producer to produce engaging, high-quality content across digital platforms. This role involves ideating, shooting, editing, and publishing content, especially short-form videos, for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling.Key Responsibilities• Plan, create, and execute content for social media such as Reels, TikTok-style videos, and YouTube Shorts
• Shoot and edit videos including interviews, events, promotional content, and trend-based videos
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and audience interests
• Handle end-to-end video production including scripting, filming, editing, and final delivery
• Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, transitions, subtitles, and sound design
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form, platform-specific formats
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and viral content styles
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules
• Optimise content for engagement and performance
Required Skills and Qualifications• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Editor, or similar role
• Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
• Ability to shoot content.
• Good understanding of lighting, framing, and audio basics
• Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and subtitle editing
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
