• Data entry in the web form
• Enter the data from hard copy sheets
• Record all the calls made
Job Description
• Ensure the interviewed data is entered perfectly for quality standard
• Communicate effectively and clearly on phone conversation.
• Assist and support colleague data entry and calls as needed.
• Should work in very tight timeline as and when required.
• Report on the daily calls to Operation Supervisor
