We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive who can transform ideas into engaging content and convert clicks into customers to join our growing team.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Officer based in Kathmandu. The Digital Marketing Officer will conduct market research, design and implement marketing strategies, manage social media marketing campaigns, and support sales initiatives. They will also work collaboratively with the team to communicate effectively with stakeholders, monitor campaign performance, and drive overall marketing goals.Key Responsibilities:• Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and other online platforms for all business units • Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve website visibility and organic traffic • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for search rankings • Create, design, and publish engaging content tailored to different audiences, ensuring consistent brand presence across all companies • Generate high-quality leads for security services (B2B clients), hospitality bookings, and recruitment services, and support their conversion into customers • Manage and optimize website performance, landing pages, and marketing funnels to improve client conversion rates • Run targeted advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive traffic, inquiries, and bookings • Handle social media management, including content planning, posting, engagement, and community interaction • Monitor analytics, SEO performance, and campaign results, providing insights and continuously optimizing for better ROI • Build brand credibility through testimonials, case studies, and customer engagement strategies • Manage online reputation, including reviews and feedback, especially for hospitality services • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, HR) to align marketing strategies with business objectives • Utilize CRM tools and follow-up strategies to track leads and improve conversion efficiencyQualifications• 3 years or more Experience in digital marketing and social media management• Strong content creation and design skills• Knowledge of lead generation and conversion strategies• Analytical mindset with a focus on results• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
