ï‚• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily dispatch operations in alignment with sales orders and production output.ï‚• Ensure timely and accurate loading and dispatch of cement products (bulk and bagged) to customers and distribution points.ï‚• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams to maintain smooth dispatch flow and avoid delays.ï‚• Monitor vehicle movement, turnaround time, and optimize logistics for cost efficiency.ï‚• Maintain dispatch documentation including invoices, delivery notes, weighbridge records, and transport logs.ï‚• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.ï‚• Handle and resolve dispatch-related issues such as delays, shortages, or customer complaints.ï‚• Track inventory movement and ensure proper stock reconciliation with warehouse records.ï‚• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance dispatch efficiency and accuracy.ï‚• Lead, supervise, and train dispatch staff to maintain high performance and discipline.ï‚• Prepare and present dispatch reports, KPIs, and performance analysis to management.
