Samriddhi Finance Company Limited., a National Level Finance Company with its Head Office in Hetaude, is looking for young, dynamic and result oriented Nepalese Citizens for upcoming branches.
1. Position: Assistant Branch Manager (Sr. Assistant to Jr. Officer – Hetauda Branch, Few for Other Branches
Education and Qualification:
For Senior Assistant
– Minimum 10+2 and Bachelors Degree in Management/ Economics.
For Junior Officer:
– Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/ Economics.
Job Specifications:
> Minimum 1 years’ experience in any NEB licensed BIFs.
> Preference shall be given to those candidates having banking experience as an Assistant Branch Manager.
> Strong technical understanding of the banking operation, credit & deposit.
> Good knowledge of banking software (PUMORI).
> Excellent communication skills.
> Having valid two wheelers driving license.
> Having sound knowledge of overall Branch Handling.
Age Limit:
> For Senior Assistant: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35years.
> For Junior Officer: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 45 years.
2. Position: Junior Assistant / Assistant – Few (Outside Valley)
Education and Qualification:
Minimum 10+2 and Bachelors’ Degree in Management/ Economics.
Job Specifications:
> Good communication skills with the ability to delight customers with personalized service.
> Able to adjust and adapt in new environment
> Having prior work experience would be an added advantage.
> Having good sense of customer service & compliance.
> Having valid two-wheelers driving license.
Age limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.
