Position Summary

The Floor Executive / Navigator will assist children and families during activities, ensure visitor safety, guide customers through attractions, and create a fun, interactive, and engaging experience within Little Planet Nepal.

Key Responsibilities

Assist children and families during games and activities

Ensure safe and proper use of attractions and equipment

Guide visitors regarding game rules and digital experiences

Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity areas

Support crowd management during busy hours and events

Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth functioning

Encourage positive customer interaction and engagement

Job Specification

Academic Qualification

Intermediate/Bachelor’s Degree running or completed

Experience Required

Experience in childcare, activity facilitation, customer service, or education sector preferred

Preferred Profile

Preference will be given to female candidates

Montessori training or child engagement experience preferred

Skills Required

Friendly, energetic, and positive personality

Patience and child-friendly communication skills

Ability to handle crowds and fast-paced environments
