Job Description
> Collect all required documents from customers and follow-up for requirement fulfilment, if any
> Conduct daily partner bank branch visits for business support and conversion
> Maintain daily log of branch visits
> Conduct worksite marketing as and when required
> Develop and maintain good rapport with partner bank staff (eg: BMs, RMs etc.)
> Needs to have an outgoing personality who loves to interact with new people
> Able to work under pressure and maintain deadlines
> Should be target oriented
> Maintain lead data and conduct timely follow ups
> Maintain proper and timely communication with Bank staff regarding lead/customer follow-ups
> Report daily to office supervisor on daily activities and planning
> Achieve assigned sales target on a consistent basis
> Maintain professional behavior and attire at all times
> Willing to travel on a daily basis for sales calls and branch visits
> Support partner branch staff in all aspect of Bank assurance business
