Job Description :
• Counceling customers about our products
• Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits
• Conducting door to door activities and finalize agreement with customers
• Conducting survey for WIFI at customer premise
• Prepare customer service reports and follow up
• Coordinate with other departments to complete assigned task
Basic Requirement :
• Minimum Bachelors Degree completed
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
• Has thick skin and is able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers
• Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude and willingness to work in a flexible schedule
• Possess strong work ethic and team player
• Basic knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office package
• Driving license and own vehicle is highly preferred
