       Qualification Requirement; 

• Should have passed atleast Intermediate (10+2) or more
• Should have atleast 1 year experience in similar work
• Should be fluent in spoken and written English and Nepali
• Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Should have Computer Literacy  (MS Office package and email methodologies)
• Should have a pleasant personality
• Should be active, efficient and multi-tasking

JoB Description

• Welcomes visitors or customers  by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls related to Sales and Support and assiting in outbound calls.
• Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, receiving and delivery of goods.
• Maintaining a sufficient record of office supplies.
• Process Customer orders and co-ordinate with team for timely delivery proces
• Maintaining daily activity and work reports.
• Maintaining and issuing good receipt and delivery order after the Security Check
• Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Assiting to team with better and active effort by accomplishing better results as needed.
