Weβre searching for a Guest Experience Supervisor to support our team in delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay at Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but youβll mostly be
Supporting the daily guest experience operations and ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently delivered across all guest touchpoints
Welcoming guests, handling special requests, and creating personalized experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
Responding promptly and professionally to guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery situations
Coordinating closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Assisting with VIP arrivals, room preparations, amenities, and special occasions to deliver memorable stays
Monitoring guest feedback platforms and supporting initiatives to improve guest satisfaction scores and service quality
Training and motivating team members to maintain a warm, engaging, and service-focused environment
Supporting daily operational reporting and ensuring smooth communication during shift handovers
What We need from you
Diploma or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
Minimum 2β4 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Guest Experience operations within a hotel environment
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Familiarity with hotel property management systems and guest service platforms preferred
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations
