Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Head of Digital Marketing. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of impactful digital marketing strategies, manage end-to-end campaigns, and lead the planning and management of social media initiatives. Core responsibilities include optimizing lead generation, analyzing web analytics, and driving performance through data-informed decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives while maintaining brand consistency. Qualifications • Proven expertise in Marketing and Digital Strategy, with a clear ability to design and lead impactful campaigns• Experience in Social Media Marketing, including planning, executing, and optimizing social media initiatives across multiple platforms• Strong knowledge of Lead Generation techniques to drive business growth• Proficiency in Web Analytics with data-driven insights, including experience with tools like Google Analytics• Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills• Capability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred• Experience working in marketing roles in targeted or regional markets is an advantage
