HR Executive

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with different departments to identify hiring needs
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Support HR operations and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices
- Travel as required for recruitment and coordination purposes
â Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Running or Completed) in Management or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible to travel when required
- Must have a valid two-wheeler license
