HR Executive
đ Job Description
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, coordination)
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and orientation processes
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring needs
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain data in MS Office
- Support general HR and administrative tasks
â Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or running) in Management or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or related field
- Prior experience in recruitment will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of HR practices and processes
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
