1. Position: Assistant (Credit, Accounts, Operation)

Experience Required: More than or equals to 2 years

> Proficiency in PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
> Input and review credit application into Database
> Accumulates pertinent information regarding customer’s credit history by completing dealer starter worksheet, include 3rd party Agency Ratings, Customer Fact Sheet and Credit Application
> Follow up with customers for all outstanding payments and identify challenging clients.
> Ensures Non-Performing Loans are followed up and monitored carefully.
> Responsible for communicating with offending borrowers, establish and developing effective payment plans with the offending borrowers.
> Making collection efforts on past due to accounts with site visits, email, or phone in order to achieve prompt payment.
> Advise borrowers of their legal liabilities under existing contract law (including the interpretation of their liability under the loan agreement).
> Perform daily operational or admin duties of the department including daily reports and processing of accounts.
> Compile statistics and reports related to Credit Admin for management review.
> Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
> Process accounts payable and receivable, depending on the role
> Utilize database software to organize financial account information
> Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
> Review both incoming and outgoing invoices

> A branch manager needs to be a leader, a multitasker, a problem-solver and be goal-oriented
> Must have work experience in the financial sector
> Should have good interpersonal and communication skills
> Should have computer skills in MS Windows environment
> Must have an exposure in deposit marketing, credit and operation of the branch office
> Willing to travel out of the valley
> To manage the Branch Office in order to meet the financial services needs of customers in the assigned community market area, implementing strategies to achieve goals developed for the office as part of the organization overall strategic plan
> Ensuring the office’s compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements directly supervising assigned personnel
> Communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel & providing periodic reports.
> Implementing strategies to achieve goals assigned to the office as established in the Organizational overall strategic plan assists in the development of the annual budget plan.
