With a focus on innovation, service quality, and customer experience, CG Net aims to bridge the digital divide and set new benchmarks in Nepal’s internet landscape.CG Net is looking for Sales Customer Service Representatives, responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, providing accurate information about CGNET internet and IPTV services, and converting leads into successful sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities• Attend all inbound calls related to new connections, packages, and offers• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable internet/TV packages• Clearly explain pricing, installation process, and ongoing offers• Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and coordinate with installation team• Capture and update customer details in CRM accurately• Follow up on missed or pending inquiries/leads• Handle basic objections and provide convincing solutions• Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and conversion tracking• Ensure proper tagging of leads (hot/warm/cold)Skills & Requirements• Strong verbal communication (Nepali + basic English preferred)• Sales and convincing ability• Customer-centric approach• Basic computer (MS Office skills) and CRM handling• Ability to work under targets
