1. Ex-servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) is a medical scheme launched by Govt of India to provide free medical treatment to the Ex-servicemen (ESM) pensioners and their dependents of Indian Armed Forces. Applications are invited for following posts at ECHS Polyclinics Kathmandu, Pokhara and Dharan. Employment will be on contractual basis without any pensionary benefits :-
FOR ECHS POLYCLINIC KATHMANDU
a. Position: Medical Specialist
> Basic Qualification: MD/ MS in Specialty concerned/ DNB
> Work Experience: Min 03 yrs in the Specialty after Post Graduation
> Desirable Attributes: Merit in MBBS. Merit in PG. Addl qualification
> Salary in NPRs Per Month: Rs 1,60,000/-
> Max Age: 65
b. Position: Nursing Assistant
> Basic Qualification: BSc Nursing
> Work Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience
> Desirable Attributes: Degree in Nursing/any diploma/Specialty nursing
> Salary in NPRs Per Month: Rs 44,960/
> Max Age: 55
c. Position: Clerk
> Basic Qualification: Graduate/ Class-1 Clerical trade (Indian Armed Forces)
> Work Experience: Minimum 5 years experience
> Desirable Attributes: Computer qualifications. Experience of more than 10 yrs
> Salary in NPRs Per Month: Rs 31,520/-
> Max Age: 55

> Basic Qualification: Class 8th or GD trade for Armed Forces personnel

a. Position: Medical Specialist

Terms & Conditions.
1. Age. Candidates should meet the age criteria mentioned above.
2. Contractual Terms & Conditions. The contract will be for a period of one year subject to review of their conduct and performance during the employment. The contractual employees will not be entitled to any allowance, financial benefits or concessions as admissible to Govt employees
3. Working Hours. The working hours for staff would be 48 hours per week (8×6) from Sunday to Friday, Saturday being a holiday.
4. Medical Fitness. Medical Fitness certificated has to be produced.
5. Attestation Form. An Attestation form as enclosed herewith is required to submitted alongwith the application form.
