Position: IT Officer

Qualification: Bsc/MCA/BIT or Diploma in computers with three years Experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

To manage all matters pertaining to Information technology.

To Software/hardware support and implementation.

To Coordinate with IT Department Mumbai, Hardware Engineers, Service contractors.

To Maintaining all IT related document as per the company’s rule.

To provide the logistic support to the clients and maintain the logistic report

To create data backups from main server to SRL’s system.

To create and maintain monthly data backup report.

To send the monthly data backup reports to India.

To troubleshoot the hardware and other systems.

To create user ids and accessibility rights.

To take backups of attendance records from SRL’s system.

To do the installations of database (oracle) and company software (CLIMS, SRL report, and interface).

To do the procurement and requisition of information technology related hardware and software.

To regularly communicate with the Mumbai IT and Engineering department.

To do repair and maintenance of DG generator, online UPS, Servo stabilizer, transformers and the like.

To generate the monthly MIS reports and provide those report to Mumbai IT department.
