Front Desk Officer/Receptionist (Female Only)
Job Location: Kathmandu
No. of Vacancy: 1
Education Qualification:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s level
Required Skills:
At least one year of front desk experience (though fresher may apply)
Should have good presentation and communication skills
Should have pleasant personality and with positive attitude
Knowledgeable on MS-word, excel, powerpoint
Knowledge of manual and electronic Accounting system
Job Description:
Responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing calls and maintain incoming call register
Responsible to send and receive couriers and maintain their records
Responsible for attaining the visitors
Responsible to handle petty cash and account
Deliver excellent customer service all times
As instruction given by the management team
