Basic Information:
Position: Admin Officer
Business Unit/Division: Progeochem Industries Pvt. Ltd. (PGC)
Reports to: Operation Head, PGC
Location: Hetauda
Principal Accountabilities:
- Oversee overall administrative activities across PGC, Hetauda Factory.
- Check and monitor office staff uniform/safety measures.
- Coordinate with POCs regarding fuel, electricity and other departments.
- Handle IR/PR/GR.
- Monitor and coordinate employee attendance and shift work arrangements.
- Other admin related works assigned by management.
- Coordinate and support Corporate HR.
