Basic Information:

Position: Admin Officer
Business Unit/Division: Progeochem Industries Pvt. Ltd. (PGC)
Reports to: Operation Head, PGC
Location: Hetauda

Principal Accountabilities:

  •        Oversee overall administrative activities across PGC, Hetauda Factory.
  •        Check and monitor office staff uniform/safety measures.
  •        Coordinate with POCs regarding fuel, electricity and other departments.
  •        Handle IR/PR/GR.
  •        Monitor and coordinate employee attendance and shift work arrangements.
  •        Other admin related works assigned by management.
  •        Coordinate and support Corporate HR.
