Job Requirements

Major Responsibilities:

• Implementation of best practices, policies, processes, and procedures of marketing, to aid and improve sales and service performance of the department.
• Ensure successful execution of marketing strategies for the company’s products and services.
• Plan innovative and creative marketing activities and ensure the implementation
• Ensure that the marketing objectives are in line with the overall organizational objectives and vision.
• Prepare and analyze the application matrix and formulate a marketing strategy to hit competition in those applications and market segments.
• Assist in the procurement of goods related to branding and marketing.

Required Competencies:

• Master’s degree in Management with 1 year of relevant experience in marketing OR, Graduate in Management with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in marketing automobile lubricants
• Excellent interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to travel extensively
• A valid two-wheeler driving license is a must
