Construction Manager – PMC

Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering with 10+ years of experience along with ability to think strategically and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion by setting targets, objectives and responsibilities.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within contract timescales.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Regularly reviewing timings, budget, labour, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track.
- To inspect work, select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory and ensure staff are following health and safety guidelines.
