Country Manager Sales & Marketing – One Position based at KTM
Job Description: Strategizing, Planning, Implementing & Monitoring Sales & Marketing activities, to achieve the organization’s objectives by successfully leading the team.
Desired Candidate Profile: More than 10 years of experience in FMCG sales & marketing in the similar position and should be MBA (Marketing)/Post Graduate in Marketing.
Area Sales Manager (KTM, Pokhara, Butwal & Far Western Region) – Few
Job Description: Should be able to execute the overall sales and marketing policy and target including review of sales, inventory rotation, control outstanding, collection and reconciliation of customers efficiently with an ability to give prompt feedback and feed forward for better results.
Desired Candidate Profile: More than 5 years of experience in FMCG sales & marketing in the similar position and should at least be Graduate from commerce stream.
Admin & HR Manager – One Position based on Duhabi
Job Description: The person will be responsible for all HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Induction and orientation, Training & Development, Compensation Management, Career Planning, Performance Management, Grievance Handling, Human Resource Information System (HRIS), General Administrative matters and should be well conversant with the application of all governing rules and regulations pertaining to Human Resources including prevalent Labour Laws.
Qualification & Experience Required:
- Should be a Bachelor Degree (Master Degree Preferred) holder with major in Human Resource Management from recognized University.
- Should have at least 5 years of experience in large corporates in the similar field.
