Job Description

  • Is responsible for leading the creative process, streamlining creative ideas, helping to drive pitch strategy, adding valuable insight to strategic concepts and overseeing the overall creative process
  • He/She should have stellar communication, presentation, problem solving, and project-management skills and should inspire creativity
  • Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques
  • Assist clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements
  • Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions
  • Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate
  • Supervise the department’s daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets
  • Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ requirements
  • Hiring and managing the creative team
  • Developing ideas for advertising or promotional campaigns pitching concepts to clients if you work at an agency, or presenting to directors if you work in-house
  • Overseeing several projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on these projects before they are presented
  • Liaising with clients to keep them informed and to highlight any issues
  • Understanding the commercial aspects of the agency or marketing department
