CG Communications Ltd. (CG NET) announces a vacancy for the position of Digital Support (2 No’s) based in, Thapathali, Kathmandu.
Job Specification:
– Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
– Experience: 2+ years
– Proficient in Microsoft Office package (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate via Social media, Live/App chat, Goggle Reviews & Email.
– Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
– Handle customer complaints; obtain from different channels and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
– Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
– Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
– Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
– Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).
– Monitor customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
Core Competencies:
– Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
– Attention to details with proactive and ability to plan on assigned tasks.
– Ability to synthesize the information based on available data.
– Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and time management skills.
