Job Description
- Organising the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning environment
- Based on research and analysis, one must be able to prepare curriculum, syllabus and lesson plan
- Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater to the needs of the students of the 21st century
- Collaborate and manage teachers for developing content for English subject. It would include trainings, assigning work, reviewing work and providing detailed feedback to the teachers
- Analyze and understand the pattern and difficulty level of respective exams
- Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentations
- Create strong student support system by answering various questions and engage actively with students through various means
- Mentoring, guiding and training to the teachers
- Making plans as per the vision/goal of the institution
- Creating relevant contents of international standards
