Position: Financial Analyst/ Financial Control

The incumbent shall report to the Chief Finance Officer
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ
โข Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
โข Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
โข Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
โข Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
โข Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
โข Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
โข Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
โข Assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.

โข Masterโs in Business Accounting/Finance with minimum 2 yearsโ experience.
โข Bachelorโs with ACCA or CA
qualification
โข Good Communication Skill
โข Good Knowledge of MS Office
