Head – Business Development & Programme Quality
About the role
The purpose of the role is to play a leadership role within the Senior Management Team and generating income, oversee donor and market intelligence, consortium building and proposal development. The post holder will be accountable for leading and managing business development, donor relations, communications, and MEAL in the Nepal office.
About you
You have the knowledge and working experience of leading the development of high-quality, competitive proposals and a strong understanding of the requirements of key donors, including FCDO, USAID, the EU, as well as corporate and foundation donors. You have the leadership capacity and the ability to make decisions and participate in setting strategic direction. You have strong negotiation skills, and experience in partnership and consortium formation. Knowledge of current trends in communications and MEAL approaches will be an added advantage.
