Soaltee Hotel Limited is a listed Public Limited Company pioneering in hospitality Industries. We are hiring Hotel Manager.
Position: Hotel Manager
Number of Vacancies: 1
Age: Below 50 years old
Education: Must be a Hotel Master Certificate in the Essentials of Hospitality Management from a recognized college with specialization in Rooms Division or Food & Beverage, candidates must have at least one foreign degree.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience, with at least 3-4 years’ experience in an EAM position or above with a reputed Five Star Hotel. Experienced of having worked with International Brands with knowledge of Brand Conversion or Pre-opening of Hotels will be given preference. Candidates must have working experience in earlier heading Rooms Divisions and/or Food Beverage operation in similar organizations.
Knowledge/Abilities: Assist in day by day leadership and direction by maximizing financial returns, driving development of people, creating and maintaining a unique guest experience, executing on brand standards, and building awareness of hotel and Brand in the local/international community. Act as the General Manager (GM) and can perform all the responsibilities of the General Manager of the Five Star Hotel.
Remuneration: Negotiable depending on Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge.
