Job Description
- Manage the daily operations of the hub
- Oversee and manage the delivery staff
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures in hub facilities
- Manage and support hub recruiting efforts, delivery staff administration
- Maintain control of the COD process and oversee delivery staff compliance and accurate reconciliation of cash
- Lead the troubleshooting efforts from hub, solve problems as they occur and ensure service integrity
