Position: Manager- Sales

(Position is entitled for NPR.1,492,735.19 CTC per annum)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop Sales strategy and action plans
• Design and implement effective sales plan
• Hit sales targets and achieve growth by successfully managing the sales team.
• Undertake training need assessment of BFIs from time to time
• Generate new business via sales promotions and out-marketing calls
• Banking curriculum development
• Study market demand and develop new sales initiatives.
• Training management through proper coordination and implementation of training programs • Tracking sales goals and reporting results.
• Achieve allocated business targets
• Overall Sales Administration

Knowledge / Skills / Experience Required:

• Proven experience in Selling Training Programs
• Experience in planning and maintaining sales strategies
• Domain knowledge of banking industry
• Good communication, interpersonal and selling skills
• Efficient customer dealing ability
• Proven relationship with the banking industry
• Ability to work in team
• Quick responsive to the changes
• Capacity to work Under Pressure

Desired Qualifications:

• Good interpersonal and team work skills – High level of integrity, confidentiality
• Excellent Relationship Manager
• Should have Bachelor’s Degree but preference given to Master’s Degree
• Minimum of 10 years of selling/Banking/Training experience.


Position: Senior Officer-Sales

(Position is entitled for NPR. 774,083.29 CTC per annum)

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve the allocated Sales Targets
• Building positive relationships with HR Personnel of various BFIs
• Conduct Training Need Assessment.
• Assisting with generating new business
• Co-ordinate with trainers and speakers in regard to the program, conference/workshop.
• Co-coordinating with Logistic Management team for smooth functioning of seminars/workshops, programs and other activities performed by NBI.
• Track down the sales target with the team and develop necessary action plan to achieve the targets.
• Any other task as required by the Institute

Knowledge / Skills / Experience Required:

• Passion for sales
• Exhibit leadership skills
• Ability to apply the given information within time scale
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
• Good Communication, Interpersonal and Selling Skills.
• Ability to work in team
• Capacity to work Under Pressure
• Proven experience in preparing annual reports, monthly report & notes to budget.

• Good interpersonal and team work skills – High level of integrity, confidentiality –
• High level of drive for results with accuracy
• Should have Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
