Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to the SOPs/protocols on genomic sequencing in the unit.
- Accept and prepare DNA/ RNA samples for sequencing library
- Operate the DNA sequencers as per SOP/protocols
- Record, analyses and submit collected data to the Unit In charge
- Perform genome sequencing
- Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance of sequencers and tools within the sequencing facility
