Other Specification
• Minimum 10+2 or above with relevant job training/exposure.
• Fluency in English and Nepali with good command computer skills (including email internet).
• Competencies in handling phone calls, drafting meeting minutes, monitoring utilities, handling file system and providing secretarial services.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Must have good time management skill
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
Job Description
• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
• Maintaining diaries, files and arranging appointments
• Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Prioritizing workloads
• Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
• Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
• Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
• Reviewing procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
